I'm a registered Linux user, so what am I doing back in Windows? What made me go back to the dark side?
Games, mainly. This is the better performing box, and located where I can play anytime I like without annoying other family members.
What sucks, though, is that a lot of the other things I did, like email, and having a cohesive set of system monitors, worked so much better in Linux. And they were all in one place. I just had to fire up synaptic to get the packages I needed.
But I'm playing a lot of games that don't run with WINE, and Musicmatch is still my favorite player. I hate to say it, but I think I'm stuck selling my soul to Bill.
